The PSG Holdings team converged onto Canberra last week to participate in a NAIDOC inspired weaving workshop, facilitated by Ronnie Jordan, a Kalkadoon Pitta Pitta woman and owner of ‘Culture on the Move’ a creative arts and cultural business.

In celebration of NAIDOC Week, it was a privilege to be able to learn of the traditional use of natural fibres and great to come together to learn the cultural significance of weaving practices as a way to share knowledge and connect to people and country. Participating in this workshop has helped us build greater understanding of the community and honour the heritage and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
