PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project included the multi staged, multi site fit-out and refurbishments for the Prime Minister and Cabinet Office (PM&C) at their Centra Plaza and One National Circuit Offices. The refurbishment program was carried out in six stages over three years, which enabled the works to be seamlessly transitioned with minimal impact to operational capacity. The program of works commenced with the engagement of PSG Holdings for the ‘Prototype’ of the “Working your way” Refurbishments across Centra Plaza and One National Circuit buildings. PSG were responsible for the Design, planning, change management, staging, sequencing and delivery of the fitout refurbishment works. As part of the ‘Prototype’ works, PSG Holdings worked with a specialist Change Management consultant to guide the client, project stakeholders through the changes. Staff feedback from the consultant’s surveying provided insight to the client and design consultants to enable better customisation of the design of future stages refurbishment stages. One of the primary requirements for the delivery of the fit-out, was to ensure that disruption to staff and other tenants of the building were minimised. Due to the critical nature of operations within the building, the impact of such disruption would have a detrimental impact on the success of the works. Following the delivery of the prototype contract for PM&C, PSG Holdings were subsequently been engaged to deliver multiple refurbishments across their two buildings.
