PROJECT DESCRIPTION
HIGH-SCALE PROJECT SUPPORTING CORE DEFENCE SYSTEMS COMPANY
PSG Holdings were engaged as principal contractor by BAE Systems Australia to deliver their two National Head Office locations. The works involved a complete strip out of the level, engineering infrastructure upgrades, high quality fit-out including significant acoustic treatment, complex engineering services installation and high-end finishes.
PSG Holdings were engaged early as preferred contractor to work with BAE Systems to develop value engineering options, critically analyse the program and carry out due diligence of the existing site conditions. Through these workshop and value engineering exercises, the team achieved the targeted budget and program ensuring that all scope under the original concept was delivered.
