As National Manager, Ben is responsible for the management of staff, communication with clients and the implementation of policies and procedures across our Maintenance Division. Ben is committed to ensuring that the services delivered across the Maintenance Division exceed client expectations and enable for clients to feel at ease when partnering with us for project works. He ensures that business-wide resourcing, processes and innovation are appropriately shared to guarantee clients receive consistently high-quality service throughout the entirety of the project life-cycle, as PSG Holdings continues to grow and expand on its business portfolio for the Maintenance Division and across the overall business.
