PROJECT DESCRIPTION
SUPPORTING EDUCATION WITH IMPORTANT UPGRADES
PSG Holdings delivered the extension of the School Hall (Building 4) at Clovelly Public School to provide increased floor area to the existing space and an attached new COLA for overflow and multi-purpose use.
The works included the removal of the existing Student Toilet Amenities, addition of new Student Toilet Amenities and Store Rooms to side of Hall building, extension to the rear of the existing hall, new Bi-Fold Tilt Door and access door to new extension, new COLA as an extension to the altered rear of the hall, upgrade/refurbishment of internal and external building elements, fittings and services, grounds work and the covered Walk Way.
The construction involved the coordination and design of items for all services, shop detailing for all engineering and included all architectural design disciplines. This included interpreting and advancing plans, completing the concept design for all project elements.
