LONG TERM VALUE FOR GOVERNMENT CENTRES

PSG Holdings has a rolling contract with Services Australia for the provision of approximately six fit outs per year to existing premises. The works are predominantly completed in regional areas at Centrelink and Medicare smart service centres. PSG Holdings are engaged as the construction manager and are responsible for planning, design and construction for this project.

All consultant and sub-contractor works re-treated as reimbursable with emphasis on providing value for money for the Commonwealth.

PSG Holdings engage consultants to design the refurbishment, then manages the removal of the existing interior, before completing the fit-out. To ensure Centrelink services are not interrupted, works are completed within fixed shutdown periods, predominantly over weekends.
