The PSG Holdings NSW Construction team was engaged by The Salvation Army under a Design and Construct Contract to deliver the refurbishment of the Raymond Terrace Worship Hall in a fast-tracked fit out process over 4 months.
The project involved the full strip out of the existing Worship Hall and reconstruction of new trade waste facilities, mechanical services, hydraulic services, electrical services & security/ comms. The upgraded Salvation Army Corps at Raymond Terrace has provided a new lease on life to the community that relies on this important place of worship & gathering. It includes a new commercial kitchen, offices, storage rooms, amenities, creche and new Worship Hall to its members, guests & all Salvation Army employees & volunteers. The project involved significant improvements to the building’s services & infrastructure to ensure compliance with NCC & the latest requirements on seismic & flooding code compliance.
PSG Holdings would like to extend our appreciation to the RPS & The Salvation Army for entrusting us with the opportunity to deliver this important project and also to all of our subcontractors as well as our suppliers that assisted PSG in delivering a positive outcome for another well-regarded client.
