ESTABLISHED BUSINESS HUB EMPOWERING EMERGING INDIGENOUS SECTOR
PSG Holdings led the Yarpa Business Hub Fitout in Liverpool, fostering connections and nurturing Indigenous enterprises.
As a centralised hub, it serves Indigenous business owners, entrepreneurs, and job seekers, providing opportunities throughout New South Wales. In collaboration with Indigenous architect Kevin O’Brien, the design integrates green walls framing mountain and Sydney CBD views, along with textured earthy-colored walls for a unique ambiance.
The open grid ceiling and exposed services offer flexibility for various functions, from individual workspaces to large-scale events.
Construction involved demolishing, refining floors, and installing new ceilings, partitions, and finishes.
PSG Holdings tailored services to the layout, including mechanical units, lighting, power, and data services, with detailed joinery elements. Collaborating with the NSW Aboriginal Land Council, the inclusive approach ensures the hub meets functional needs while blending Indigenous elements with modern aesthetics. The fitout strives to create an adaptable, inclusive space contributing to the development and empowerment of Indigenous businesses in the region.
